RAD Retrocade is reopening its doors Thursday, July 1, 2021. After closing the business in March of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, the arcade bar is ready for action once again. Owners Alex and Mariana Macias put the downtime to good use, with renovations throughout, including a refreshed menu. Expect the same fun pop culture references applied to tasty new treats and a freshly scrubbed appearance to the two-year-old establishment. “It’s looking really good,” says General Manager Scott Thompson. “We’re ready to get back to business!”
According to Scott, among the improvements to the venue are freshly tiled floors, new seating, new games, and a new DJ booth with a large video display. Look for specials to be announced soon on Facebook and Instagram! RAD Retrocade will reopen at 2 p.m. on Thursday and will be open 7 days a week thereafter. Hours are 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Friday; 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturdays; and 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., Sundays.
