For the appetizer, couples will share a whole artichoke with a red pepper aioli. Main course choices will be either a filet of beef with sautéed mushrooms, broccolini, mashed potatoes, and a bleu cheese compound butter or a pecan crusted salmon filet with asparagus, rice, and a citrus beurre blanc.
