Attention all bowling and volleyball enthusiasts 50 and over! Get ready to spike, strike, and score your way to victory at the upcoming Senior Olympics Bowling and Volleyball Team Tournaments in Albuquerque. The Senior Olympics State Bowling Tournament runs July 26 – July 28, 2023, at the Santa Ana Starlight Bowling Center. The Senior Olympics Volleyball Team Tournament runs the weekend of July 28 – July 30, 2023, at the ARVC Rebels Gym. The dates to sign up are coming up quickly, so time is of the essence.
Senior Olympics State Bowling Tournament
The registration period for the State Bowling Tournament is open until the deadline of June 30th. The registration fee is only a $30.00 entry fee, with an additional $8.50 charge for lane fees per event. The events for bowling are singles, mixed doubles, men’s and women’s doubles, as well as team bowling (consisting of 4 members per team). Please note that non-ambulatory options are only available for singles, doubles, and mixed doubles.

Alternatively, online registration is also available by clicking here to register online. If you are interested in finding a doubles partner or joining a bowling team, a “partner finder” waiting list is offered. Simply email to request being added to the waiting list and specify the event you would like to participate in.
Please note that 2023 is a non-qualifier for National Senior Games. Nevertheless, a wonderful turnout is anticipated with numerous athletes joining up at the Santa Ana Starlight Bowling Center, promising a memorable experience filled with fun and camaraderie.

Senior Olympics State Volleyball Tournament
The 2023 Senior Olympics State Volleyball Team Tournament promises to be an exhilarating experience for all. Compete against talented senior athletes from New Mexico and beyond in a friendly and supportive environment. Forge new friendships, expand your network, and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals who share your passion for the game. The State Volleyball Tournament takes place at the ARVC Rebels Gym, located at 7800 Las Lomitas Dr. NE, in Albuquerque. This new venue provides ample parking for your convenience.
Team Captains will first register the team, and then players can be added to the roster. All Players can register by fax, email [email protected], or call the registration hotline. The team registration fee is $300 per team, with an additional $5 per player. Alternatively, online registration is available by clicking here to register online.
In the event, you are looking for a team or need additional players, a “partner finder” waiting list is offered. Simply email back to request inclusion on the waiting list, specifying your desired Volleyball group (men, women, co-ed team) and age division. The registration period for the State Volleyball Tournament is open until the deadline of June 30th.

Now in its 43rd year, the Annual Senior Olympics State Summer Games are funded in part by the New Mexico Department of Aging and Long-Term Services. New Mexico Summer Olympics (NMSO) is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles for all seniors aged 50 years and older through education, fitness, and sporting events.
