Mesilla Vineyard Estates invites the public to join in for the grape harvest, Saturday, September 18, at 6:30 a.m. Show up on the corner of Fairacres and Chivalry Lane for breakfast burritos, tips on grape-picking from professional vintners and a day of grape gathering. Lunch will be served at the Rio Grande Winery and a lecture will be given on grape stomping the old-fashioned way. Bring garden clippers, a hat, sunscreen and plenty of bug repellent.
