The City of El Paso invites the community to celebrate Día de Los Muertos in the Downtown Arts District, Saturday, October 23, 2021, 12-9 p.m. Dress up in festive costumes and calavera face paint! Enjoy live performances, hands-on activities, the outdoor artisan market, themed streetcar rides and a parade! The El Paso Museum of Art and the El Paso Museum of Archaeology will host a variety of free hands-on activities and live performances.
