Las Cruces Community Theatre continues its 2021 season with a solo performance of A Christmas Carol, December 3-19, 2021. In the tradition of Charles Dickens reading his own work to 19th-century audiences throughout Britain and America, long-time LCCT Board member and company member Norman Lewis will present his own reading of this beloved masterpiece. Seated on stage by himself, this experienced Broadway actor will narrate the story and portray Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, the ghost of Jacob Marley, and 20 other beloved characters with his voice and face alone. Join us as actor Lewis recreates Christmas in 19th century London in an old-fashioned holiday performance treat for young and old alike.
Show dates and times for A Christmas Carol are Fridays, December 3 ,10 & 17, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays, December 4, 11 & 18, at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays, December 5, 12 & 19, at 2 p.m. Tickets are $17 for adults, $14 for seniors/students/military and $10 for children 12 and under. Please note, because of the current rise in the number of Covid-19 cases in our community, we have decided to restrict attendance at our events to those who have been vaccinated.
